Red Symbol Technologies Servicing areas are Website Development, Website Designing, Software Quality and Testing, Domain and hosting and Internet marketing. Red Symbol Technologies special features in payment integration and shopping carts application.

Red Symbol Technologies project cost is set on project basis or hourly basis. The project cost and time estimate will be on fix requirement, if requirement is change then Red Symbol Technologies can modify estimate.

The client is allocated dedicated developers and designers along with the necessary functional and support staff such as a team leader and a project manager.

Payment Terms – When a developer is working hourly basis, they are allocated for 40 hours per week. The overtime work would be chargeable if resources are used more 40+ hours. 

The time is including in Design, programming, testing.

The skeleton payment and advance payment are not refundable on project cancellation before completed.

The fixed project cost would be take in this way – 25% of total payment would be charged on advanced before starting, 25% in middle level of total project, 25% payment will be on complete stage of project as demo level. Rest of total payment will be taken after ported on live.

The demo server will be Red Symbol Technologies. The site testing will be on demo server at Red Symbol Technologies end level.

The Indian office timing is Monday - Friday, 10 AM to 7:00 PM (India's time zone is GMT + 5:30 / 4:30 on BST). Red Symbol has right to change time schedule any time.

This is responsibility of the client to keep a backup of the contents. Red Symbol does not assume any responsibility in case of total loss of backup.

Red Symbol Technologies is bound to not selling client code and any module to third party as this is privacy policy with client.

Red Symbol Technologies is strong commit to follow project time line with client.

Red Symbol Technologies and the client will not directly or indirectly participate in a business with their contacts or employees

Red Symbol Technologies has all the rights to change the privacy policy under certain circumstances. The prior notice for the changes will not be given to you. Only the date of "last updated" will be maintained for your notice.
